1. Who we are and when this policy applies
My Hotel (“the Hotel”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates this website and provides accommodation, dining and guest services from Sikar, Rajasthan 332001, India.
This policy applies when you use this website, contact our team, make or manage a direct booking, pay for a reservation, stay with us, or otherwise interact with the Hotel. A third-party booking platform or payment provider may also apply its own privacy notice to its services.
2. Information we collect
The information we receive depends on how you interact with us.
- Identity and contact details, such as your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, nationality and government-issued identification where required for check-in or by law.

3. How and why we use information
- To check availability, create and administer reservations, process payments, send confirmations and provide the stay you requested.

- To verify identity, prevent fraud, protect guests and staff, secure our systems and maintain operational records.
- To meet accounting, taxation, registration, safety and other obligations that apply to hotel operations.
- To send offers or hotel news only where you have asked for them or where applicable law otherwise permits; you may opt out at any time.
- To understand website performance and improve our rooms, services and digital experience using aggregated or appropriately protected information.
4. When information is shared
We may share the minimum information necessary with trusted providers that support reservations, payment processing, website hosting, communications, accounting, security, transport or guest services. They may use it only for the agreed service and subject to appropriate safeguards.
We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or a valid request from a competent authority, to protect people or property, to establish or defend legal claims, or as part of a genuine business reorganisation. We do not sell or rent guest lists.
5. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose described in this policy, for hotel operations, or for applicable legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution periods. Different records may therefore have different retention periods.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information by ordinary email.
6. Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us for information about the personal data we hold about you, request correction or erasure, withdraw a consent you previously gave, opt out of marketing, or raise a grievance. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed and may limit a service that depends on that information.
To protect your information, we may verify your identity and request enough detail to locate the relevant reservation or record. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
7. Children and bookings for others
This website is intended for adults arranging hotel services. A person making a booking for another guest must be authorised to provide that guest’s information and should make this policy available to them. Information about children should be supplied only by a parent, lawful guardian or an authorised adult and only where needed for the stay.
8. Cookies and external services
The website uses essential cookies and similar storage needed for security, form submissions, session continuity and requested features. If optional analytics or marketing tools are introduced, they will be described and managed in accordance with the Cookie Policy.
Links to other websites and embedded third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We recommend reviewing them before providing information.
9. Policy updates and contact
We may update this policy when our services, technology or legal obligations change. The latest version will remain on this page and the “Last updated” date will show when material wording changed.
